  1. It’s hard to believe that these cakes are home made by a person who underwent no formal training. We can think of only one possibility - You should be an enormously gifted designer, baker, decorator and presenter. While we can’t give you any technical comments with our limited knowledge on cake making, we can assure you that we admire your creations. Our first impression on your latest artwork (purse cake) is that it’s exceptionally beautiful and extremely tidy. The colour chosen for the cake makes it look a real purse. Additionally, your write up on your creation is even more interesting.
You should give more exposure to your creations so that your skills can be furthered and developed. With such an amazing talent, you should not think that starting a home based business is impossible. When time permits, you should think about it seriously. In the longer term, it will benefit the community as well.

    1. Thank you so much SPK & CK. Your lovely and encouraging comments are greatly appreciated. Eventually when I get the guts, commitment and time I might push myself to start a business but till then when I get a chance home baking it is for family and friends ;-)......

  2. Its very creative. Why don't you ask your little one to assist you when you make these things. He is very good at it.

    1. Thanks Nesa. It is a great idea but the only problem I am having is figuring out whether my little assistant will be good at making or BREAKING it? ;-)
